Silver Wing is a hand-crafted range of Waipara wines. We are dedicated to using natural/traditional wine production methods, producing top wines from premium Waipara valley fruit.
Every aspect of production is carefully tended by one winemaker, with a preference for 100% barrel maturation for most varieties.
Hand-picked grapes, wild ferments, battonage, and plenty of skin contact come together to make our vibrant, complex, and textural wines. If you are looking to visit Waipara wineries, we do wine tasting by appointment. Simply email us with suggested times.
